Lola Young is a British singer and songwriter from South East London, known for her R&B-influenced vocals and mature songwriting, often compared to Amy Winehouse and Adele. She's also a multi-instrumentalist and a vocal stylist. Young's breakout came in 2021 with her cover of "Together in Electric Dreams" for the John Lewis Christmas campaign, leading to a nomination for the 2022 BRIT Award for Rising Star
